You can update your contact information through Digital Banking or by requesting the change through the bank.

  • Address: Messages > Choose a Form to Submit > Change of Address
  • Primary phone number (existing): Messages > Choose a Form to Submit > Telephone Number Change
  • Email address: Menu > Manage Profile > Email
  • Mobile phone number (for mobile features): Menu > Manage Profile > Phone > Add

You can also call us or speak with a team member at any branch (phone numbers are listed in the footer).

Checks can be reordered through Digital Banking or by requesting them through the bank.

Complete and submit the form.

You may also request new checks by calling the bank or speaking with a team member at any branch.

Provide your employer with:

  • Lincoln National Bank routing number
  • Your account number

The routing number is listed in the footer of this website.

Both numbers can also be viewed in Digital Banking:

Select Account > Account Details

For security, your account number is partially masked by default. Select Show to display the full account number.

Your employer or payroll provider processes the request and determines when the direct deposit begins.

Cards & Everyday Banking

You can control your debit card through Digital Banking.

Menu > Manage Cards > Toggle On/Off

Immediately turn the card off in Digital Banking to prevent additional transactions.

Then notify the bank so the card can be cancelled and replaced.

Debit card purchase alerts are available through Visa Purchase Alerts.

Visa Purchase Alerts provide near real-time notifications when your debit card is used, helping you quickly identify possible fraudulent activity.

To enroll, visit: Visa Purchase Alerts

Follow the instructions on the Visa website to enroll your Lincoln National Bank debit card in purchase alerts.

Some merchants place a temporary authorization hold when a debit card is used. This is common at:

  • Gas stations
  • Restaurants
  • Hotels
  • Car rental companies

The hold amount is determined by the merchant and their payment processor, not by the bank.

For example, when paying at the pump, a gas station may temporarily authorize a larger amount before the exact purchase total is known.

Once the merchant submits the final transaction amount, the temporary authorization hold is automatically replaced with the actual purchase amount.

Authorization holds typically update automatically once the merchant completes the transaction.
